The Mesmerising Distraction Of The Ocean

Watching the waves on the beach is mesmerising, calming, and a great distraction from the constant challenge of living with Fibromyalgia.

You feel you can breathe as the expanse of beach and ocean stretches out before you, and feel lifted as sea air fills your lungs.

Capturing a constantly moving subject is a challenge but rewarding when it comes off.  I took these during a December day in Cromer, taking a walk with my parents after the travel marathon detailed in “4 trains, 3 buses..“, what better way is there to cope with a flare up?
