Tiddenfoot Waterside Park is a result of a disused sand quarry, left for nature to reclaim in the 1960’s. It’s now a lovely location to relax, watch the wildlife on the lake and watch the seasons come and go. Luckily for me it’s only a 15-20 minute walk from home, so I visit frequently to get my daily exercise to help with managing my Fibromyalgia symptoms, it certainly clears the head.
