One thing I have to thank my Fibromyalgia for is the time it has allowed me to get immersed in my photography. Granted I have to manage my activities carefully and pace myself, and when I get it right I am able to make the most of opportunities that allow me to capture shots like these. It’s also a great motivator having several fantastic locations on my doorstep.

Here are a few images from a recent 9am shoot in Rushmere Country Park, just outside Leighton Buzzard, UK. They are now available as prints on Redbubble, and stock images on Alamy.
