Shooting from the Hip

While I’m still unable to walk any significant distance or bend at the knees, I’m constantly looking for other options to enjoy my photography, create images and find opportunities I might not have otherwise thought of. Sitting enjoying the sun and chatting with my Dad during a trip to Hunstanton, I rested my Canon 400D on my leg and pointed it into the sun, (on AV, ISO 100), with the aim of capturing silhouette & shadow images of passers-by.
