Capturing smoke trails is somewhat addictive. You never get the same image twice and everyone will see something different in the smoke patterns. Working with a photographer friend who’s recently got the DSLR bug, I was demonstrating the off-camera flash technique needed and enjoying some much needed creative time.

Here I will share my personal experience of living and coping with Fibro along with my creative efforts as a photographer, which provides a much needed distraction from the numerous symptoms.
